Returns and exchange

Returns:

A return is possible only in the legally provided revocation period or in the context of a not possible warranty or failed warranty repairs. In both cases, after receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded. In both cases, the legal requirements apply. Information on the revocation can be found under 'right of withdrawal'.

If we accept a return as a gesture of goodwill which does not fall under the above conditions, the goods must be returned to us in original packaging, in working order, with all operating instructions and as good as new. We reserve the right, if the product is no longer as good as new, to refuse the return or, if necessary, to make an offer for the item, which you can agree or refuse. You bear the cost and risk of shipping. You will then receive a voucher that you can redeem in our online store.

Exchange for another product:

If we accept an exchange as a gesture of goodwill, the product must be returned to us in its original packaging, in working order, with all instruction manuals and 'as new'. You bear the cost and risk of shipping. We reserve the right, if the product is no longer as good as new, to refuse the exchange or, if necessary, to make an offer for the item, which you can agree or refuse. If the new product is high priced, we will send you an invoice, which you have to pay before the new shipment. If the new item is low-priced, you will receive a voucher for the diefference amount which you can redeem in our online store.
