Vitamin compound to improve skin and coat for all dogs
NEKTON-Dog-H is vitamin compound which contains all necessary vitamins for dogs and an additional significantly increased amount for biotin - around two million µg/kg. NEKTON-Dog-H ensures a beautiful shiny coats and excellent fur development. NEKTON-Dog-H is highly-effective against rough, brittle coats, unnaturally light spots or skin changes. Biotin is involved in a variety of important metabolic reactions and supports the dog's growth, feed rate and procreation. One of the crucial functions of biotin is its strong influence on the dog's skin and fur. No other vitamin compound should be administered whilst using NEKTON-Dog-H.
Composition: Dextrose, calcium carbonate, silicic acid, magnesium carbonate
Analytical constituents: Raw protein 0.2%, crude fat 0.02%, raw fiber 0.1%, crude ash 4%, Ca 1.1 %
Nutritional additives per kg: 1,350,500 I.U. Vitamin A 69,000 I.U. Vitamin D3, 220 mg vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), 360 mg vitamin B2 (riboflavin), 10,400 mg vitamin E (DL-α-tocopherol acetate), 1,972,000 µg biotin, 2,160 mg pantothenic acid (calcium-D pantothenate), 2,150 mg nicotinamide, 300 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), 220 mg vitamin K3 (menandione sodium bisulfate), 50 mg folic acid, 5,400 μg vitamin B12, 29,630 mg choline Chloride.
Dosage according to body weight: 0-5 kg body weight - 0.5 g NEKTON-Dog-H every 2 days, 5-10 kg body weight - 0.5 g NEKTON-Dog-H every day, 10-15 kg body weight - 0.75 g NEKTON-Dog-H every day. Proceed according for heavier body weights.
Storage: NEKTON-Dog-H should be stored dry and out of sunlight, between 15 °C and 25 °C.

It is often the case the biotin cannot be sufficiently synthesized by the animal and for this reason, it must be supplied from outside. If the dog does not have enough biotin available, typical signs of biotin deficiency can appear quickly. Biotin deficiency can be identified by the dog's brittle, dry and drab fur. At the same time, it can lead to graying hair, which later becomes brittle and frequently falls out. A biotin deficiency can also be observed on the dog's skin. The skin becomes flaky and faded. In serious cases it can cause eczema and itching.
Another reason for a biotin deficiency can be treatment with antibiotics or sulfonamides. Certain proteins, such as avidin, which is found in raw egg whites and turkey chicks, absorbs biotin and makes it unusable for the dog.
After using NEKTON-Dog-H for a short time, and after the symptoms have subsided, dogs should receive NEKTON-Dog-VM as a basic compound. A green measuring spoon is attached to each bottle of NEKTON-Dog-H. 1g of NEKTON-Dog-H corresponds to one measuring spoon.
