Goodwill returns e.g. for company purchases

If goodwill is granted, the following must be observed

  1.  The customer must behave benevolently.

  2. Goods must be returned in original condition, and used and at the customer's own expense. With forwarding_shipping we are gladly helpful

  3. Amount will be issued as a voucher and only in exceptional cases will be refunded.

  4. The revocation can be taken back by us at any time, with the following conditions.

    1. Goods do not correspond to the original condition

    2. Wrong article sent back

    3. Opening of a Paypal case or involvement of the credit card company for the purpose of refund or similar (no benevolent behavior)

    4. There is no legal claim to a goodwill settlement

  5. Return transport costs to the customer are borne by the customer, if the goodwill must be taken back

 

Private purchases after expiry of the revocation period, return period or warranty period
